A best of Thursday to our FatSecret community. Interesting, that my knee is a forever changing development. Improving today, but it seems to constantly rotate the pain from top to underneath the knee. Hoping to call my friend today, but took my wife to Long Beach again today.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Find those happy, nutritious foods that make good meals, and snacks. My favorite snack is Blue Diamond Natural Almonds. I feel great just letting my diet take care of itself, eating two decent meals a day, and an occasional snack. Listen to your body and hunger needs, and adjust accordingly. Everyone have a super day!
261.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
