As expected.
186.7 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Don't even stress about the weekend weight gain :) It's mostly undigested food and water. I found that I can offset weekend damage by keeping my Monday and Wednesday fast days and making Tuesday a low carb non-fast day. By Thursday when I do my official weigh in, I lose what I gained and maintain weight loss. Your weight will fluctuate during the week. Don't let it drive u nuts!

i agree with BBO! weekends tend to add water (i love salt!)
