Not sure why I am gaining....have done tons of exercise and eating right...hope it's just muscle and water!!!!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. "Lot's of exercise" usually means our muscles are retaining water to help them heal. It's a good article.
