Best of this wonderful weekend to all of the FatSecret community! A busy Saturday, includes the dog's grooming, and the Clippers vs Hawks basketball game. One of my goals is to dunk a basketball, but breaking my knee could be a consequence, so we will wait on that. lol Need to call the Red Cross, as to my next donation of Babies Blood. Have a great weekend folks!

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: Whatever makes you fat, also makes you sick. If you are currently overweight, and your cholesterol is off, you're getting too many carbs and sugars in your diet. Furthermore, your insulin levels are too high causing your cholesterol to soar. The only way to reverse this trend is to lower the carb content in your body. Keep your diet chin up, and keep your attitude!
