holidaybunny's Journal, 27 February 2016

yesterday was extremely tough for me, mentally/emotionally. Thanks to strong suggestions from my dad to go to be at 12 (instead of my usual 3) and waking up earlier, I've had more time to do things and generally feel less anxious because of it.

Recently I've stuck with my greek yogurt int he morning and have incorporated things i like to eat as well as greens (brussel sprouts). I hope all of this will jump start my progress back downwards.

Aww, your daddy wants to help you feel good about life and yourself. That's sweet! If you're struggling with cutting your calories back, you can count on your body swearing up and down for a few days that you're going to starve to death. You're not! Keep telling it you could live on the extra fat for a few days at least if you had to! Also, consider reading up on the idea of Intermittent Fasting. If you can delay eating during your day for as long as possible, you might find out that you can get by with fewer calories for the whole day. That works for some people. Other people do better by eating a little something every three hours. You just have to experiment until you find what works for you and you can live with. Good luck finding the best way for yourself!
