Not going to concentrate on the .2 pound gain. Instead I will be happy that I have gotten regular exercise in this past week, something that had been lacking for a little while, due to life. There are ups and there are downs and that is all a part of life and I am learning to go with the journey.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
