i ran 6 miles on Sat watching my heartrate of 165 ... i am focused on running a 1/2 Marathon with in two months (13.2 miles).
238.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
