going to start small exercises daily to help building endurance and that couple extra calories burnt is nice. then afterwards a cold bath which burns 133 calories every 10 minutes. I had a 20 minute one today.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
