Kind-off felt this week to give up due to the scale, but this morning was my official weigh in for Fatsecrete and I'm very happy to see the drop. its been 2 whole clean weeks only had one glass of wine over the weekend as n cheat, I feel like spoiling myself this weekend with new tekkies or maybe grilled nandos chicken with a green salad, I'm just glad my Festive weight is gone now to tone up again and get the fitness levels up. My knee also feels much better and stronger, must start jogging again too.

125.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
