Well, well, well, the bathroom scale needed to be adjusted, so my actual weight is 140lb, the scale was reading 137lb. UGH!!!
Any who...pressing onwards.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
