Well it's been two weeks since my first official weigh in and I have lost exactly 20 pounds! I don't really see a difference yet but I put on a coat I bought a month and a half ago and it fit way better! We're going out to lunch today but I'm already researching what has lower calories and sugars. Today is good :D
276.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
