This is discouraging, BUT I think i know why, even when following a workout routine and eating very well, I am very close to that time of month, which causes me to bloat, retain more water, and hinder proper movement. I will not weigh myself again until after, sometime next week.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I was just reading up on this topic because I was in the same boat. Apparently it's only before Aunty Flo arrives that you retain water and once it starts you should go back to your regular weight.
