Well I have been keeping up with the yoga everyday. it's starting to hurt less. my joints and back are just awful so I really hope doing this everyday helps my mobility.
if anyone is actually reading this... can you tell me how to post a profile picture? I can't seem to locate that area to do so.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
