1672 kcal Fat: 75.41g | Prot: 47.11g | Carb: 212.08g.   Breakfast: General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios, Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, Whole Milk, Beatrice Whipping Cream (35%), Coffee. Lunch: Root Beer, Cucumber (Peeled), Herr's Creamy Dill Pickle Potato Chips, Avocados, Meatless Pasta with Tomato Sauce. Dinner: Bisquick Quick Chicken and Dumplings. Snacks/Other: M&M's Peanut M&M's (Package), Raspberries, Astro Balkan Style Natural Plain Yogurt (Container), 365 Organic Mint Green Tea. more...
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Know how frustrating it is, when I weighed myself today I was up 3.5 lbs. Not only have I been sticking to my diet I have increased my exercise and started my month of no alcohol. Figure it must be my increased muscle mass as muscle weights more than fat. I'm going to only weight myself once a week, as it is a more accurate reflection of weight loss. Since my clothes are getting looser I know I'm firming up and losing weight.
