I am able to have 2 free meals a week on this diet, and it's been a little over a week, so I've had 3 free meals. I feel like this has put a damper on my weight loss, but the free meals are part of my diet because of my high BMI.

So, here it goes...

Oh no. I went up! Wow. It was those free meals! :(

No more free meals until the wedding. Well, maybe my free meals need to be healthier...
160.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
