I lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This RFL diet is working!! I'm also running Monday, Wednesday and Friday,, hiking once during weekends and fitting in 3 or more strength training sessions a week!

I love that I can prepare for the wedding during the winter break. School doesn't start up until after. How lucky is that!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
