yesterday in pretty sure I was around 149 something. yesterday in also at a normal break fast as wasn't hungry until around dinner time I'm which case I was busy so I just kind of had little snacks until it was bed time. Not the best move, I admit. is it bad that I know my body a bit better so I've been less dependent on relying on recording my food? also it's finals week so I am not as much of a stickler, but I feel like this is may be a spiral down. maybe I'm think that because I think I should think that.... I'm happier with my body now than I was before which I've expressed in previous journals. but is that enough?
146.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week

ive found once you get bit by the bug, enough is never enough, always room for improvement.

If you are happy the way you are and what you are doing, then yes it is enough! Who said you had to be a particular weight anyway?
