Wow I finally got my numbers moving down! I have cheated this weekend but not so bad. Lets see if I can keep this weight going down... I had bad or good news from the company I am working for... Not sure what will happen now with my work but the anxiety level peaks up and I hope I can keep myself on this diet... But I hope everyone is well and Happy Monday!
