So lets start this week all over again because what I have gained I must loose #weightmustfall. O my word what a fab fab weekend , I kept the eating soooo clean on Friday but i had some drinks well not some a lot and I'm sorry i never drink but i really just let the hair loose and had a fab fab time , so fab I had to rest the whole Saturday with a 2L cream soda by my side. Yesterday it was all about the eating , started clean with only eggs then lunch salmon wrap with water and some potato wedges and then Late late lunch early dinner, calamari and chips and n chocolate nut Sunday ice cream thing , o and before bedtime bowl of chips.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 8.7 lb a week

The weight increase after a few days of indulging is usually just undigested food, water and waste in your body. Your body will lose that weight fairly quickly as long as you get back on your track with following your weight loss routine.

you so write big boy the waste must still fall. LOL thanks Black bee i had a blast and this weekend its me birthday so again it will be eat and drink so I must keep it clean for this week till the weekend
