WELL WELL WELL did not cheat (only the dark choc jungle oats bar :-) ) but gained 100g I have EVEN SAID no thanks to my daughter's waver cookies I did some weigh training in the aerobic class , but hey I feel great little bloated as the Lady with the Red Car came to visit ( to much personal stuff for a public place ne) Ok different topic....Chocolates was handed out today at work like 10(small once) , mine went to the freezer not having anything , we are going out for lunch then its eating out for dinner too so If i want to feel sexy tonight in that dress I will have to be strong and eat salads and my proteins , will cheat with some wine but I will party tonight and have a fab time. Enjoy your weekend and see you nxt week when I will try to lose all the weekend weight once again . hahahaha
