I was certain I would be down today since my clothes fit better, but guess that is not the case. I have put some foods back in my diet that I am wondering if they need to go back out again. Also I ate more carbs this week. We'll see. For now, we continue the experiment and see what next week brings.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
