Whee! Three great weeks of fressing. Brats and Italian beef in Chicago. Thanksgiving at home. 10 days of great food in China, including shenjianbao and xiolangbao (soup-filled dumplings), majiang mian (sesame-peanut noodles), and Sichuan chili-oil fish.

Time to get back on track, but quite a welcome diversion.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
