Oh my goodness. :'(
163.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight fluctuates - I can put on a couple pounds overnight just by having something with a lot of sodium in it. If you haven't been cheating, just stay on track and your overall trend should go in the right direction. :)

Don't be discouraged just get back to the consistent program that allowed you progress previously and the numbers will once again drop. You can do this Diea!
