It's been hard to get back on the band wagon since thanksgiving. Yesterday I wanted to be healthier and it was to my advantage that I slept in. Hopefully I can keep this up. I kind of miss my more fervent days just because I had more control but at the same time, it's more relaxing by now.

Food Journal additions:

3/4ths cup of cookies and cream ice cream
Some cheesy puffs
1 Milano cookie
148.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
