Well, I've finished my 1st round. Now it's all about maintaining for 6 weeks. 28 pounds down and I'm feeling really good about it.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

589 kcal Fat: 19.34g | Prot: 46.14g | Carb: 61.77g.   Breakfast: Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz). Lunch: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Strawberries, Cooked Sauerkraut. Dinner: Butter, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Truvia Sweetener (Packet), Coffee (Instant Powder), 1% Fat Milk. more...
