Up at 5:50am this morning to go to the gym so that I can make a meeting at 8:30am. Okay – have to admit, the lack of weight loss the last couple of days is starting to bother me. Logically I know it is just my body catching up – but I *really* want to pull some lower numbers.

264.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel, mate. I am in that very same spot right now. I feel that I don't move at all, weight wise, but I see that the other numbers are coming down RAPIDLY! If you haven't already, I'd like to recommend you get a smart scale, that measures bodyfat, calculates BMI etc. It's a great aid to help us stay sane during these times.

Thanks king -- I have a smart scale but have so far ignored the body fat number. I will start keeping track of it!
