My hard work is paying off. the last couple of days have been hectic and stressful, but things are looking up starting today. (Right after I wrote that a huge amount of sunlight poured into my room, haha) I apologize to everyone for my less than stellar posts. Have a great day.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1930 kcal Fat: 64.40g | Prot: 74.79g | Carb: 273.04g.   Breakfast: Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Kroger Pure Clover Honey, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Panera Bread Kettle-Cooked Potato Chips, Panera Bread Chocolate Chipper Cookie, Panera Bread Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich (Half). Dinner: Plantains, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Sage Valley White Cheddar Puffs. more...
