1/4 cup coconut flour 2 eggs 1/8 tsp baking powder and soda 1/8 cup almond flour 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
Mix ingredients add water if too thick flatten onto plate with some melted coconut oil on it microwave for 1.5 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 pieces that can be toasted later for sandwich bread. About 60 calories each 4 carbs. Lots of protein.
