Little discouraged that there is still no weight loss but looking back last month that was 204 ten pounds lighter. 20 days ago I was 199 so 5 lbs is good. Plus the extra muscle is helping to burn more fat. Fit into my smaller jeans and shirts. Starting yoga to change up exercises. Plus it's a cold rainy day.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
