feeling motivated! The dropping scale will get me into the groove and I'll get better on my own as I go along. I was so hungry yesterday but I stayed on track. Have a great, successful week everyone!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
