No weight loss ok. Will take longer probably 2lbs a week. No phent day 5 staying under 1600 calories. Going to bring that down to 1500 daily. Still walking 3 miles a day. Carb craving need to work on. Rod gone so Finn has more time in kennel. Pig hoof and big raw hide to keep him occupied.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
