Was doing quite well and then botched it later and kinda regretted it but at the same time I enjoyed it in the moment. I guess I have to live a little sometimes. I should have more self control though.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
