15 week result: Down 37.1#

All joint pain is gone, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) no longer an issue after a Long 4 years. Migraines have been a bit of an issue; blaming that on allowing the toxins of nitrates and artificial sweetener back into diet. No more of that!

Have had neighbors notice and ask about my fitness journey. We decided that we would network; support, inspire and succeed with a bit of accountability thrown in just to spice things up!

I have learned so much from reading many of your FS journal entries. I've laughed, cried, felt inspired, and had my spirits lifted by words. Words are Powerful!

139.9 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
