going running in 2 hours. can't wait

Not badly. Did a mild 4km. took it slow for no reason haha. im just trying to clock 4-5km everyday

Lol, 4km is no easy feat...some people are still procrastinating about the 1st km on their couch. I'm also trying to do 5km each day for the next 30 days. what other exercise do you do? All the best on your 4-5km runs

Im doing the kayla itsines bikini body guide - have you heard of it?? - but im not thaaattt driven to do it - it just makes me super super tired and running makes me feel lighter and less stressed out.

yeah, I have heard of it:-)heard its amazing once you really get into it and the results are out of this world...for me..im trying to become a regular runner and then will slowly add other exercise...thinking of maybe joining the gym or using DvDs(I have turbo jam/insanity/taebo/hiphop abs n ect)
