Sister's engagement party was last night. I ate and drank freely but didn't actually indulge as much as I could have. now back to the grind. didn't record dinner, there were too many small and different things to eat.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
