2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 07 October 2015

Stopped tracking calories. Just too much work but I'm learning to simply pay attention to what I eat and burn off calories when ever possible. I'm still at 3 days per week at the gym...about 4-1/2 hours of aerobics and weight lifting as well as my normal outdoor activities (walking, mowing, etc.)

I'm looking into some martial arts training to help out with agility, flexibility and balance. It's all good as long as I don't get beat up too bad.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

not for nothing,, but 4.5 hours of aerobics ?/ that's a lot of stress on your body . I believe you will make out better with Just a daily walk of maybe 30 Minutes and its less stress on your Body ,, and better for you . wow ! Or did I misinterpret that comment .

Tamarah, I'm only doing a portion aerobics..that would be way to much for my overweight body. It's more like 20 minutes on the stepper to warm up. After that it's pretty much weights, sit-ups, some running and chin-ups. I'm now trying to think of ways to change it up because I'm getting in a work-out rut. It may not be so bad but I think I need to challenge myself in a different way to advance further. It would be nice if I could afford a personal trainer..ha..ha.
