Half phent yesterday big breakfast 6 eggs. Really full. Clean and groceries today. Need to see nurse with bp and get more phent. Working today
200.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
