BF 32.2 M 37

BF 1% down from last month, muscle up a bit, weight loss 3.5 lbs. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am getting ready for my break, so excited! I am looking forward to taking a break from tracking and weighing in. But I will watch my portion size and make healthy choices. This will be a good test to see if I can maintain my weight without knowing the numbers.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Good movement :-). Have you done anything in particular to drop BF and retain muscle? I am on hols soon, so know what you mean

Ah Skinny...so you still care about BF! Lol! I haven't done anything different. More strength exercises than cardio as before. I think it is just a matter of time. I have got a new kettlebell, it is so much fun! And all the workout sites say it's good for fat loss and to build up strength. I have only had it for 2 days but it will be interesting to see how BF changes next month. I will keep you posted :) Enjoy your hols :)

Thanks LaraStar... Yes, still looking for the "magic" answer of what I can do... I have some kettle bells but like you have only had a couple of goes on them. I told the trainer at the gym that I had some and she gave me a very brief demo of how to use them. I believe you have to be careful about your posture, otherwise you can put your wrists or back out. There are dvd's on the Market with workouts on them.... So far haven't gone down that route.... Only looked on line and watched demos on the shopping channel. On one of the body building sites it advised people to go to a couple of classes to learn how to "swing" them properly, whilst retaining the correct posture. They do classes at my gym - but only "one on one" ones, which are a bit pricey. I'm always worried about dropping them or swinging them through the telly or a window lol

Lol...my husband is convinced I will smash his precious telly or computer! I just couldn't put them down yesterday. I am more worried about dropping it on my head...lol! I have watched a few videos and posture is very important. I keep my back straight and let the movement come out of my hips. It really is a whole body workout. How is your BF? I wouldn't worry about it, you are doing all the right things. It will come down!
