Will try to start over, though it is very hard. Have been impaired physically the entire summer due to achilles tendinitis & bone marrow edema in R ankle. Today was given the ok to walk more.

Ate well today, perhaps more than needed due to was up in Tucson and ate Indian meal. But will get back on track tomorrow. Yesterday 132.8
Also wearing pedometer again. And feel better today. Had lots of fatigue lately.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
