All the weight gain in the last couple of days have been purely my fault and within my control. I indulged too much without any compensation. I plan to do much better today at the very least to get back on track.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
