Holiday weekend l need to keep my goal in sight. Eat freely for a few days, or be free of this excess poundage for life?
210.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Or maybe find a middle spot - indulge a little, but don't go overboard. Preventing yourself from eating *everything* you love can be very frustrating and ultimately harmful if you end up going on a binge. Mitigate your little indulgence and find an activity this weekend and get moving - something you used to love or something you've always wanted to try :) good luck! Have a great holiday weekend.
