After getting back to work this past week and walking a whole lot more I thought I would have lost this week. Instead I had gained .2 - What is up with that ??

I guess I have not been eating the correct amounts of the food groups and just kept pretty much to my calorie amount for the day. So now I will try a week of calculating, planning, writing down what food combinations to eat and the calorie amounts to see if maybe I can lose.

DANG! Weight is going in the wrong direction!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Kiddos for admitting it on your journal... Sometimes if you don't journal it.. It doesn't exist... Lol... But for the sake of humor... If your female, blame the hormones if your not then sympathise with one...😁 sometimes we just breath and gain weight ........much 🍀 and keep it up :)
