This is to be expected after gorging on yogurt pretzels. It could have been a lot worse. I'm only 2.2 away from my original lowest weight. I hope to eat a lot of seafood in maine this weekend since it's so low in calories.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
