one week done and dusted 11 more weeks to go.
Training is on point still can do much better but i'm getting there
3x a week weight training and 3x aerobic class (body toning )
1x 7 km walk in the wind pushing my 12kg baby + 30min weight training afterwards on my public holiday.
124.1 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.7 lb a week
