I was 100% this week and only lost 1 pound! But that is like 4 sticks of butter, so I refuse to be discouraged. I had a huge loss last week, so my body may just be adjusting. Wonder if I need to cut back on almonds. I've been eating quite a few. Baby steps
250.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Things like almonds and other nuts easily creep up on me. I've found that I need to MEASURE. EVERYTHING. And log it.

I didnt lose anything, and I worked hard too but know it will come off just keep going, I tend to focus more on my workouts! Good luck
