Woohoo! Made it! New goal to set.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1832 kcal Fat: 84.20g | Prot: 86.69g | Carb: 94.19g.   Lunch: Martini, Tuna, Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard, Archer Farms Garlic Aioli, Market Pantry Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four-cheese Blend Cheese, Wendy's Tomato (1 Slice). Dinner: Birds Eye Steamfresh Lightly Sauced Broccoli with Cheese Sauce, Momma B's Homestyle Mac & Cheese. Snacks/Other: Kraft Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, Cupcake with Icing, Shrimp Cocktail (Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce), Nantucket Supreme Shrimp & Pepper Jack Cheese Wrapped in Bacon. more...

Thanking all! Feeling pretty good. Took family out to lunch for birthday, did splurge on a cocktail and later a cupcake but had grilled tuna, roasted tomatoes, and carrots as meal. This is Louisiana and food is beyond a pass time. Dinner tonight, leftover tuna....tried hard not to eat all my tuna slices....and carrots. Think this time I will get to my real goal of 167.... Ok I'd settle for 180....lol
