I know exactly why I gained weight, and I am motivated to lose it again and keep going. It's a reality check and as annoying as it is, I deserve it. Also I thought I scheduled a spinnign class today but I was mistaken :< Woke up early and did my usual prep only to find out I didn't have a class today.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
