Not surprised, not upset/depressed about it.

Had wine, ice cream, fast food

I'm just re-adapting to clean eating right now, give up things that are 'bad'.

I'm going to go with that and try to incorporate more exercise and I should see some slow results.

Enough diets, I've given my whole life's energy to this for my whole life.

Just being reasonable, careful, avoiding trigger foods, and praying...lol

LIfe is good. I'm healthy.

159.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

It's not a big gain and sounds like you will be making some good changes from now on. They will result in slow weight loss so maybe you should weigh yourself just once or twice a month so you don't get discouraged.
