i have been exercising 6 days a week for one hour each time.But I am only losing very little weight ( 1 pound) before that i was losing about 4 pounds a week.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. You could be building muscle mass which is great because muscle burns more calories than fat so you will be losing more weight once your muscles get built up a little. It won't take long before you are losing more weight again. Keep up the good work!

I agree with paranoidfatty. Muscle weighs more so use the tape measure to see your progress. I know we are all focused on the scales, but the way our clothes fit is the best guide. Look who's talking. I weigh myself morning and night.... sometimes more and the tape measure rarely leaves the drawer. I'm going to get it out right now and make a habit of checking that more often. thanks for letting me advise myself.. donna
