So frustrated. I don't understand my body. Before this latest attempt at loosing weight, I eat junk. Large portions, processed food for lunch, and my weight stayed constant. Now, I am watching what I eat, exercising daily, and I still get stuck. I'm hoping it might just be water weight, as I've started taking a daily pre-workout supplement shake that has creatine in it, which I've heard can cause water weight gain.

I think I need to go to just weighing myself weekly. I currently do it like twice a day and it's driving me mad. Wednesday weigh-ins will be my new goal. I'm putting the scale in the closet to keep me away from temptation.

But I did put on my "skinny pants" this morning. The last time I wore them was ... crap, like 4 years ago! I didn't realize it had been that long! And even then, I remembered them as uncomfortably tight... like where you are pretty sure your organs are shifting from the waistband being too tight.

Today they zipped right up. Slight muffin top, but they were comfortable. Hoping to make them baggy in a few weeks.

The scale is only one way to measure weight loss. How our clothes fit is another. I have heard the same thing about creatine. You may not be seeing the scale move, but you are losing fat (which is actually more important). Keep on going.
